This is one of my favorite cakes with rich chocolate taste combined with whipped cream. I followed the recipe from here. It came out really well
Ingredients
For the cake:
All purpose flour: 2 cups
Condensed milk: 14 oz can
Butter: 1/2 cup
Baking powder: 1 tsp
Baking soda: 1 tsp
Cocoa powder: 4 tablespoon
Coke: 3/4 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tsp
For Filling and topping
Heavy whipping cream: 1 pint
Granulated white sugar: 3 tablespoons
Vanila extract: 1/2 tsp
Chocolate bar: 4 oz
Cherries: as required
For Syrup
Water: 1/2 cup
Sugar: 1/2 cup

Procedure:
- Melt the butter and add condensed milk to it and beat well
- Sift all the dry ingredients together (all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda)
- Mix the dry ingredients with butter and condensed milk along with coke
- Pour into a greased 8inch deep cake tin
- Bake for 40 - 45 min at 300F (150C)
- Cool the cake completely
- Prepare the sugar syrup by heating water and sugar together until the sugar me
- Take the heavy whipping cream in a bowl. Add sugar and vanilla and beat until soft peak forms.
- Shave the chocolate bar and keep it ready.
Assembling the cake
- Cut the cake into 3 horizontal layers
- Sprinkle 3-4 tablespoons of sugar syrup
- Now spread some whipped cream on top of the cake.
- Add the chopped cherries on top.
- Repeat the same with other layers.
- Cover the cake with whipped cream on all the sides
- Decorate the top and sides with chocolate shavings and cherries
- Refrigerate until use
