Instant Kaju Katli - No cook version

I bookmarked this recipe from Few minute wonders long back. The recipe uses macadamia nuts. I just replaced with cashews and tried it and the result was amazing. This is very quick and no cook version of Kaju katli which can be put together in few minutes.

Kaju Katli

Ingredients
Broken cashews: 1/2 cup
Milk Powder: 1/2 cup
Powdered confectioners sugar: 1/2 cup
Warm water: 1 tablespoon

Procedure:
Step1:
Powder the cashews and milk powder together in a mixie/blender

Step2:
Microwave powdered sugar for 1 minute in high

Step3:
Mix the powdered sugar and cashew milk powder together without any lumps

Step4:
Add water slowly and knead it to a pliable dough. The milk powder and sugar will start diluting so add very little water

Step5:
Roll the dough with a rolling pin top 1/4 inch thickness (or as desired)

Step6:
Cut into desired shapes
