Aval (Poha) Ladoo

This is another easy laddu that can be prepared in minutes.Tastes great as well. There are so many versions of this aval laddu and I have posted the one that uses coconut and milk.Obviously this has a very less shelf life and it is better to consume it on the same day

Ingredients
Aval/Poha : 1 cup (i used thin variety)
Ghee: 2 teaspoon
Milk: 1/4 cup
Sugar: 1 cup
Dessicated coconut: 2 tablespoon
Cashew nuts: 1 tablespoon

Procedure:
Step1:
Dry roast the rice flakes until it fluffs up

Step2:
Allow it to cool and powder it

Step3:
Powder the sugar and cardomom as well.Add desicatted coconut

Step4:
Fry the cashews in ghee and add it to the mixture

Step5:
Add required amount of  warm milk and shape them as ladoos
