Ingredients
Besan flour: 2 cups
Rice flour: 1 cup
Water: 1 cup
Butter: 1 tablespoon
Jeera/Ajwain: 2 tsp
Hing: 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder: 1 tablespoon
Salt: 1.5 tsp
Procedure:
Step1:
Mix all the above ingredients and make a thick paste
Step2:
Heat oil in a pan
Step3:
Hold a carrot shredder on top of the pan.Place a ball of dough on the carrot shredder and gently rub it over the oil so that the kara sev is dipped into the oil
Step4:
Fry until golden brown.
