Can we add milk instead of water? And also some ghee during the first stage?
ReplyDeleteHi Lakshmi,
ReplyDeleteYes you can add ghee while frying the carrots.I have not tried with milk. The texture of this burfi would be more like South Indian coconut burfi which is little hard.
