Ingredients
Ripe Banana - 2 (long ones)
Wheat flour/All purpose flour-2 tablespoon
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Sugar/grated jaggery - 2 table spoon
Cardomom powder - 1tsp
Chopped Cashewnuts- 1 tablespoon
Chopped Raisins - 1 tablespoon
Ghee - to fry
Procedure
Step1:
Mash the bananas with a potato masher or puree it in a blender(approx 1/2 cup)
Step2:
Add rice flour, wheat flour and cardomom powder and mix well. Do not add water
Step3:
The consistency of the batter should be as idli batter. Add chopped raisins and walnuts
Step4:
Heat a skillet/tawa and shallow fry small dosas with ghee. Keep the flame very low.It may take from 4 - 5 minutes to cook.
